What is One Person Unicorn?
One Person Unicorn is a leaderboard and directory of AI-native companies generating real revenue with teams under 10 people. We track Revenue Per Employee (RPE) — ARR divided by headcount — because in the AI-native era it says more about how a company actually operates than ARR alone.
The context
Sam Altman has said he expects the world's first solo billion-dollar company within this decade. Dario Amodei has described a near future where AI agents let a handful of people run what used to require hundreds. One Person Unicorn exists to track the companies proving that shift is already happening — not hypothetically, with real, self-reported or publicly sourced ARR and headcount numbers.
Qualification criteria
- $500K+ ARR (self-reported, run rate accepted)
- Under 10 employees
- Under 3 years old
- Building with AI agents, vibe coding, or AI-native workflows
How we verify data
Every listing links to a public source — a press article, a founder's own announcement, a LinkedIn post, or a revenue screenshot. Data is self-reported and marked unverified unless our team has independently confirmed it, in which case it carries a ✓ Verified badge.
How to get listed
